What we collect
When you submit our quote form we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, postcode (optional), and vehicle details (make, model, year, service required, timescale).
How we use it
Solely to respond to your quote request, arrange bookings, and provide the services you've asked about. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to understand which pages lead to enquiries. Meta may set cookies in your browser subject to their own policy.
Where your data is stored
Quote submissions are stored in our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel) and in secure email. Access is limited to Auto Reform staff.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted, unless you become a customer — in which case job records are retained for 6 years for accounting purposes.
